This was an unplanned, emergency arrangement that was delivered by a pleasant woman. She went well beyond what was asked of her. For personal reasons she was closed that day and had to go to the shop just for this arrangement. The woman was very understanding, she understood how important it was-so important that she called a special floral Stylist to come in to specifically to do this arrangement. The flowers in this arrangement were specifically chosen by the sender- the stylist put it together while they spoke over the phone.
