Bill has been doing mine and my family’s taxes as long as I can remember. He’s not only a great CPA he has offered me some great advice. When I was in my early 20’s living home making decent money with no tax deductions he recommended that I read this book about real estate. Which I did. The following tax year I owned 4 rental properties. More the following year and so on!! His words are “He created a monster” lol. Bill, Sue and staff do a great job!!
