Stephen was very diligent & knowledgeable; on top of his game which tells me that Summers & ZIMS is on top of their game for selecting competent & committed staff to your firm. There are reasons, I invited S&Z to my new house when I moved back to Malvern, based on my very positive experience in Clocktower Woods from 2000 thru 2011. And, based on improvements you made in my 2nd story Heat-pump that you suggested, you’ve paid for your services 2 years in by reducing my PECO operating costs - So, to you, I say THANK-YOU !!
