Went there for the first time today, immediately the owner greeted us. The owner was very nice.
Fairly priced, has many different sized washers, and dryers got the job done in about 20 minutes for 2 loads that I threw in. Price for wash and dry is definitely cheaper than most places around, and doesn’t leave your clothes smelling ‘burnt’ as other places tend to do. Was there for about 50 minutes total for a wash and dry.
As for the other reviews regarding the people, I went on a Saturday night. Moderately busy but I had no problems. Watch your clothes and belongings as you would anywhere and you’ll be fine. The other customers were friendly.
The laundromat itself is in a convenient location being at the corner of Lehr and Concord, across the street from the shopping center and walking distance to Wawa.
Overall it’s average, it has things that needs improvement with some washers and dryers are out of order, and the floor looks like it needs a good mop. Other than that it has positives with it getting the job done quickly and it’s dryers being the hottest in all of the laundromats I’ve been to. Also the excellent amount of parking.

Cheapest in price for doing laundry! Love how nice and big their Dryers are!! ! they have many washers and dryers,but they have 2 of the BIGGEST DRYERS I've seen anywhere,so far!!! your laundry dries in half the time and for half the price!!!
