I was trying to call these people for 3 days they don't answer the phone

They called me at 6am which is illegal, I ignored the call but they woke up our baby right after getting her to sleep

What a life saving company! Working in a retirement home setting and when the AC goes out , it becomes a major issue for the residents and staff. One call to Erik at priority rental and our problems were solved. Erik had come out the same day, assessed the situation, told us what we needed and the next day they were out to install. I had no idea this could be taken care of so fast and the equipment is like new, well serviced and when installed they even trained my staff on how to use it. The follow up customer service is the best I have ever seen with everyone being more than willing to go out of there way to help in any way they can. I can't say enough about the... read full review
