Jim (the owner), Pete (our designer), Dan (project manager), and Liz (who keeps the office running) were all fantastic to work with. The crew that came each day was on time, respectful, and polite. Along the way, Phil helped us get comfortable with pool care, Tim and Jim’s son, Jayden, were also wonderful whenever they came out. Communication was excellent—every question was answered promptly, and follow-through was consistent. From design to final touches, Piazza delivered exactly what we envisioned. Piazza just completed a full front yard make over for us. All brand new sod and irrigation. Jim is a first class owner and knows how to run a business. Alex the manager is absolutely amazing. He is the nicest, honest and hardest working guy out there. He was in the pouring rain securing the sod to my hill. He has been there every time I texted or called, answering any question I had. All the guys working were top notch. In 100 degree weather they didn’t miss a beat. I can’t express how great this company is!
