Joseph Mariani is an excellent company. They are qualified and respectful. I understand the neighbors’ concerns, however, they are a wonderful business with which to deal. It’s a precarious situation for both parties.

Joe and his crew were great to work with. I installed a semi in ground pool in my backyard. He's professional, has great vision and is a pleasure to work with.

If you are looking to use a small or local business in Delaware County Pennsylvania, I implore you to choose a different company. In my opinion, Joseph F. Mariani Contractors business is disrespectful and unprofessional to its neighbors and community. They have a history of defying township ordinances. Please find a more deserving company to give your business to.
