Powell has provided nothing short of amazing service. We had our well replaced in April. Old well was underneath an existing deck, old and too close to our house. It required coordination with our contractor to remove the deck, drill a new well, excavate and cap the old well, and get all new equipment up and running. We were only without water for 1 day for about 7 hours, which was while we were at work, so no disruption. Every single employee we dealt with was polite, professional and kind. Edward Powell Pump & Well Drilling has been servicing my home 40 years. A great company, and great service, they always have your back . I was extremely pleased with the service performed by Zach and Shane. As a team they came ready and willing to work on solving my water issue. Turned out I had a leak down the well, and I a new pump was installed. It was a big job and a long day of hard work. But it didn’t matter to them. I’m not sure if this is the location that Zach is based out of, but he fixed our well issues from an emergency call. The water was very dirty and flushing the pressure tank wasn’t solving the issue. He came over late, way after working hours, found a baseline to start diagnosing the issue, and and hour later the water was clear from the tank and from the filter. He worked at the problem until he solved it. I can’t recommend him and this company enough. Huge thank you!
