Dr. Redding is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and is one of the best chiropractors I have ever seen. I was struggling with a migraine and constant neck pain for over two months. After seeing her for just one session, I felt major relief. I am forever grateful to her for that and so much more and will continue to see her. Highly recommend! I wish I would’ve scheduled an appointment with her sooner.

Highly recommend Dr Caitlin - she is very knowledgeable and hands on. I feel like so many chiropractors will just adjust you, but Caitlin does so much more. For me, she’s been helping a ton with my TMJ pain. Also, scheduling is really easy - all done online.

I have been seeing Dr. Redding for about a year now. I started when I was having a lot of pain and discomfort during pregnancy. She is very knowledgeable in her field and gives advice on how to alleviate pain at home. Dr. Redding does not just “crack” you. She uses methods of message and cupping to help alivate discomfort as well. Basically, just go see her, you won’t regret it.
