This was our first visit to Kieffer Optical. It went great. All staff are very personable and make you feel like you are at "home". I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Customer service is top notch. Prices are comparable and they accept a wide variety of insurances.

Had a wonderful experience with Matt over the last few weeks.I've spent the last month looking at different eye care centers after finding out that I needed glasses and had a terrible time with a few other chain stores in the area.I walked in one day and started talking with Matt about lens types, my issues, and my experiences with the other stores. He was able to get me options for every lens type and brand I was interested in which no other store had been able to do so far.At the time of writing, my turn around time was less than a week for SV Zeiss CR-39 lenses with DuraVision Platinum in a Ray Ban frame. Love the staff! Very kind and helpful!! Great variety of glasses! Only thing some people might want to know before going is they are very expensive, they don't have a variety of prices in eyeglasses! It just goes from high to very high, although if you have medicaid you always only pay a percent on eyeglasses so a $300 pair ends up being $100 or less.
