**update, he had a loss so this review is not complete** I will update when I can. Scheduling for an estimate was easy, Carl came out to take measurements and said he’d email me that night. It’s been over a week, I’ve called 4 times and left messages and still no word. You’d think he would want the business. What a waste of time and really frustrating when you are eager to have work done and they don’t do their part
