Thank-you Sue for your quick response to my call during the Christmas holiday. Dave was out a short time after and he and Bob explained I needed a new furnace. Although the furnace still was operating Bob and Dave explained it was time to replace it. That was New Years eve, they were at my house early the day after New Years to install the new furnace. Jason & Herb (hope I got the names correct) were the installers and did a great job and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Automatic Heating for any furnace needs. They truly care about their customers.

Sue provided the BEST customer service over the phone, providing us with a same day appt. Dave the tech was so friendly and knowledgeable —-quickly diagnosed our issue. Repair was made and we are so appreciative of this business. If you need repair call them!!! Trustworthy, prompt, fair pricing with the best reputation and customer service!

Automatic Heating and Air replace my Furnace and air conditioner. My old furnace failed after 22 year and they came in and evaluated the sitiutation and found the heat exchanger failed and needed to be replace. But because of the age of the furnace we decided to replace it. Once we talked with Bob about the sitiuation we decided to replace both the furnace and air conditioner because the a/c was installed 22 tear ago as well. Bob had sent four options for the furnace and a/c and we decided on the Lennox Merit. They installed it in one day and did and great job.
