I needed a roof replacement with repair to prior damage and additional ventilation for the attic. Whalen Exteriors did a fantastic job from start to finish, including answering all my questions and providing detailed information on the products they use as well as the installation process. The work crew was very professional, showed up on time and worked from dawn to dusk on a very cold February day. The clean-up was extremely thorough, and they were respectful of my property. I have not found one stray nail. As for the price, the quality of workmanship, customer service and overall experience dealing with this company was worth every dollar of the very fair estimate they gave me. I highly recommend them.

They installed a aluminum standing seam metal roof over 2" of silver backed polystyrene insulation over my existing shingle roof. Beautiful job! Winter is warmer and summer is much colder. 01/12/2023

Dave was out a short time after and he and Bob explained I needed a new furnace.
Although the furnace still was operating Bob and Dave explained it was time to replace it.
That was New Years eve, they were at my house early the day after New Years to install the new furnace. Jason & Herb (hope I got the names correct) were the installers and did a great job and in a timely manner.
I highly recommend Automatic Heating for any furnace needs. They truly care about their customers.
Will has been a God send as far as I'm concerned. The PREVIOUS contractors I had dealt ( for over 5 years ), prior to Will at S&L were just completely out of their league. Will knows his stuff and can handle anything you throw at him, up including a complete house ?, he literally single handedly "weathered in" my garage in no time. If you know anything, you know you need a second pair of hands to at least hold things in place. He didn't even need that. Honestly, if you don't at least call him, you a taking a big gamble and from my experience you won't find anyone better. Hand to God, from what I've been through, you really are only hurting yourself if don't at least call him up.Services: Garage construction
