Alissa is the gold standard of hairstylists and colorists. After one session, she transformed my brassy, totally uneven poorly-dyed hair into the toned, polished color I had been wanting for YEARS! She walked me through her technical process, pricing, and maintenance in a thoughtful, accurate manner that never left me confused or disappointed. Alissa’s clients feel her trademark professionalism and grace as soon as they walk in to Roots and throughout the entire salon experience. She is simply the best!
If I could give 10 stars I would! When I entered the salon I didn't have high hopes for a first visit because I had half grown out dark roots and faded highlights mixed with grey and white hair .. it was a mess. I thought it would take several visits to get the color I wanted in my hair UNTIL Alissa worked her magic! I walked out of the salon today after she spent hours meticulously placing foils with the absolute best blonde version of me that ever existed. My hair is gorgeous and exactly like the inspo photo I showed her. If you're like me and have searched an eternity to find a stylist that is determined to give you the hair you want then I highly recommend you call...read full review
5 freaking ⭐️. Had my first appt. with Alissa today and not only did she straight up duplicate my inspo pic(s) *all 6 of 'em!!* But she made me feel comfy, at ease and welcome. She listened to not only what I wanted, but also what I didn't...and TOTALLY DELIVERED. The salon is gorgeous, the perfect location, decorated beautifully and incredibly clean. Snacks and drinks offered and available, God knows we get HANGRY. Communication is open and on point. Beyond thrilled to land a new, talented stylist and friend. Just take my money, RIGHT NOW. 5 outta 5, TOTALLY RECOMMEND. I have NEVER been more thrilled with a salon visit.
