Barron was very thorough in his inspection procedures. He completed the inspection within a couple days of contacting him and produced the report in one day. The report brought to light several issues that needed addressed which we were able to negotiate remediation with the seller. We highly recommend Barron and his company.

We had such a positive and informative experience with Baron. As first time home buyers ( well almost ) Baron shed a ton of information on the property we were interested in which lead us to make an educated decision to not go through with the purchase. Baron had our backs and was professional and honest! Not only did he help us with that inspection, we reached out to him months after about a question and for no cost, gave us his professional opinion. Greenwalt Diversified Services under Barron's supervision did a great job renovating 19 Lanark St for Fineview Citizens Council when I was a board member. They came through for us and did great work on time and within the budget when we were having issues even getting someone to show up to bid for us. Forever thankful for the work they put into this project which helped us fix a house on that street and get a neighbor a newly renovated home to rent! Would highly recommend GDS for your home needs!
