My brother and I took our respective computers here to hopefully figure out what was wrong. My computer (HP Pavilion Gaming desktop) needed a new graphics card that I will be buying at a later time. My brother (Dell Inspiron 5676 had needed a new install of Windows. The repair was quick and not as expensive as we thought. Greg was very informative and quick with the repair for the Dell. My family highly recommends Tech Works as it was a quick service. It was also friendly and honest customer service and Greg had a lot of answers to our questions.

I'm very sorry! I evidently pushed the wrong star. I was delighted by the service I got. The recommendations were spot on. I am extremely pleased with my seemingly "new" computer!!!

Tech Works is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Greg helped me repair my old PC and build a new one to the specs I was looking for. The process for both was seamless. He listened to my ideas and concerns, proposed an option, and then actually told me how we could alter that option to best suit my needs. He didn't just try and sell me what he thought would be good enough. It was exactly how I wanted it to go. Thank you Greg for the top notch service!
