Huge shout out to Chris at Precision. Had a leak in my ceiling that was coming from my upstairs bathroom late last week. Chris came in and diagnosed the issue very quickly by opening up my ceiling, offered two different solutions, and promptly scheduled us to have the problem fixed prior to the upcoming holiday.
Yesterday, Chris arrived to fix the issue and living in an old house - nearly every project ends up lasting longer than expected. The salesman, Oliver, was very informative and made us feel confident in the system. The installers, Jeff and Joey did an outstanding job. They made sure we were well trained on the use of the mini split system, and showed us every feature. We highly recommend the Precision team! Thanks for a great product and install. Precision has installed a new gas furnace in my house. All the men that helped install it were amazing at what they did. Perfection nothing less then perfection. You can see there is alot of knowledge there with the way they put the unit in and worked together as a team. They explained how they would put it in how it operated answered all my questions. And there clean up was spotless. I would recommend this company to anyone for plumbing heating and air conditioning. They will treat your home as if it was there own.
