“We just got our golden doodle back from your groomer Melissa and are beyond disappointed with the outcome. Our puppy's nose was shaven down to the skin and his hair was way shorter than we had asked (we provided multiple pictures). Instead of an apology or an acknowledgement of our dissatisfaction, we are being told that "sometimes you get what you get" and "I'm not god, I can't read your mind" despite being shown pictures. We will never use your service again and will not recommend your service to anyone.“
