They offer a Mugwort treatment which is really interesting and honestly you have to try it to see how special it is. The massage was intense, and specifically targeted pressure points. His treatment has helped tremendously with the pain. Dr. Goodman also gave great advice on proper stretching during exercise. “Been dealing with back muscle pain for over a year and basically ignoring it for a year. I got bad enough I went to the doctor and was worried I might have a far more serious issue. I started going to Steve for the last few months and along with making changes in posture, exercising and stretching more often my monthly massages have helped and I have far less cramping. I would estimate that my pain is about 90% what it was. I am also adding PT for a few sessions to help with the last bit and learning additional stretching.Steve is a great massage therapist and he really is passionate about both his profession and helping his clients.“
