Yoga Edge gives off nothing but positive vibes as soon as you open the door. I was greeted by a classroom full of warm friendly smiles as I entered the studio. I am no stranger to the instructor, @Kristen Salata! I have had the opportunity to learn alongside and directly from Kristen while she was enrolled in her yoga teacher trainer classes. I love how thoughtful and intentional she is with working her class up to every pose. The music always hits the spot! And, she has a way of challenging me, while simultaneously loving and supporting me through my own spiritual journey on and off the mat! Yoga Edge, Kristen’s a keeper! Namaste.
