It's been two years since I first posted, so it's time for an update. I retired earlier this year and am now home when my housekeeper(s) arrive. Getting to meet the MOTS staff assures me more than ever that my home is in good hands! They are friendly, kind, professional, and respectful of me and my home. I head out to run my errands comfortable that my house is in good hands. I stand by my original review which said: Maid on the Spot is by far the best housekeeping service in the Pittsburgh area. I know because I tried and rejected nearly every one of them before I found MOTS. We hired Maid on the Spot to do a deep clean in a rental unit after the tenant moved out. We had a wonderful experience with their services, all the way from scheduling to the actual cleaning, everyone we encountered was courteous, efficient and had expertise in their area. The 3 ladies who cleaned our apartment were punctual, courteous, efficient in their cleaning and very thorough. They listened to what we wanted to have done and they went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied. We feel confident that we have a very clean apartment ready to be shown to perspective tenants. We will definitely hire Maid on the Spot for our future cleaning needs.Service: Deep clean

Cannot say enough positive things about Maid on the Spot. Scheduling was simple - they were able to come to my office quickly. Kelly was amazing!! She alerted me to her approximate arrival time so I could meet her at my office. She was friendly, professional, and attentive. She explained her typical process and got to work. I could not believe the attention to detail and cleaning the floors by hand!!! I was beyond impressed. I am hiring them ongoing for my office and based on their excellent work, will also use them in my home!!!Services: Deep clean
