Absolutely love my experience at Charisma!! Sam was amazing with my first time getting a haircut here and also my first time dying my hair. Sam explained what she was doing thoroughly and recommended what products I should use for maintaining my color and hair care.The salon has a friendly atmosphere and everyone was genuinely nice. It’s a small salon but definitely has its perks of being a great place for customer care and personal experience that you wouldn’t get at a typical salon. I recommend going here and will go for future appointments.Services: Haircut

Trying to get a hair service during Covid isn’t easy. But after finding this salon, booking was a breeze! I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted- I knew I wanted some grey coverage and my hair to overall blend better, while not requiring me to return for touch ups every few weeks. I spoke with Jackie and after a minute she had a suggestion to better give me what I was looking for. Boy, she didn’t disappoint! I LOVE my hair, it’s just right! Super dimensional, blends in my grey but didn’t lighten me up too much either (super blonde doesn’t work with my complexion). Great environment- welcoming, good music, relaxing. I absolutely loved my haircut and blow out. I highly recommend Sammy who is highly skilled and super accommodating when helping me decide how short to go!!
