So I debated taking off a star for office communication as a result of changes and clarifying written estimates, but Joel is such an outstanding plumber/worker that it deserves 5 stars. He completely replaced my basement and garage water lines plus all new valves, laundry tub faucet and brought my older house up to code--in about a workday. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and hard-working (no long smoke breaks or scrolling phone). We have been using Tedeschi Plumbing since we moved into our new home in 2016. The entire team at Tedeschi is terrific, even when they add new faces to the team it seems the owner, Mario, really knows how to choose top notch individuals. They are always on time, look the job over, give me a quote, which is always fair, and clean up after they are finished. I just had Joel and Jack at our home this week, and they did a great job. Both were professional and of course knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tedeschi Plumbing Services.
This is the third time I have used Tedeschi Plumbing but, my first review. Joel Eaton is the service plumber on this 3rd request. He diagnosed the problem in a very efficient manner. Then he took charge and went above and beyond to correct the problem completely. He needed to remove my wall hung bathroom cabinet and replace the work of a prior remodeling company who drilled a hole in the pipe while installing the new cabinet. Joel took on the job of removing the cabinet, fixing the plumbing issue, and re-installing the bathroom cabinet without the need of hiring a contractor to fully complete the job! Fabulous!
