Superior Family Medicine-UPMC

Courtney Emergency Triage Nurse had repeatedly hung up on me. I was just trying to call to get a prior authorization sent in and she said and quote. “Why am I even arguing with this man” Then hung up 2x. Dr Daniel Buhlinger is an amazing doctor. Sadly there’s a few triage nurses that make his practice look bad. Will continue seeing Doctor Dan and will be filing a report on the Emergency Triage Nurse. Working at UPMC I know that is not how a NP is expected to treat any patient regardless of what they need help with. Doctor Daniel is always happy to help, even though he’s very busy. Worst place ever. I am switching to a differnt dr. The staff is ok but the doctors wont even fill out my forms.

Dr Archer is 5 stars... knowledgeable, she listened, great “bedside”.
