Very unprofessional and uncaring. Don't recommend. They won't even return your calls. We are stuck with $1,000 bill after insurance. The scar on her chest was so bad. We went to the emergency room and the doctor said that that should have not been as big as it was. Do not recommend
Without going into great detail about my own horrific experience today, I will 100% own up to the fact that I disregarded my own research and found out the hard way to listen to the reviews. If you are in need of medical care, please do your research before putting yourself in the position I have.
Edit: the experiences about Dr. Rau particularly are absolutely what I learned firsthand. The staff was great! But they’re not the ones sizing you up to determine if you’re worthy of the treatment they provide, selectively it seems.
I was scheduled for a full body exam. This was done by the P.A. She spent no more than 5 minutes doing the exam. Never looked between my toes. I had to point out spots that I was concerned about.
