I used Modern for glassware many years when I worked for other companies and now that I own my business I use them exclusively.. do they screw up an order now and then? .. yes what factory doesn't.. it is when there is a problem that you experience the true backbone of the company... Excellent customer service !

I have placed many orders with this company and they have been wonderful to work with. I underordered once and they quickly did a reprint so I could make my event deadline and were excellent to work with. I recommend this company!
