I had been thinking about starting CrossFit for several years before I found CrossFit Artifact and let me tell you I am SO GLAD I finally took the leap! Coming into a gym with zero CrossFit experience was a bit daunting, but from day 1 the other athletes welcomed me, taught me, and cheered for me. The sense of community I've found here over the past 5 months is supportive and uplifting! It makes me excited to workout! The coaches are so attentive and encouraging. They really care about making sure each athlete is keeping good form to ensure no injuries and if you do have an old injury, they always have a modification so that you can still do the workout! I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half now and absolutely love it! The community is wonderful and it is so much more than just a gym. Recently completed a nutrition challenge to dial in on healthy eating habits and accountability on top of great workouts. CrossFit was always intimidating, but this is the most welcoming gym! Highly recommend for anyone thinking about making changes to their lifestyle.

I went here for a few months when I lived in the area and wish I could've gone longer! Amazing community, great coaches, just an all-around wonderful place to be and workout. I miss my Artifact family and can't wait to drop in whenever I'm back in the area!😊💜💪🏻
