The staff here have always been extremely kind and friendly and I've always felt safe letting the staff take care of my dog here. Every vet we've interacted with has been wonderful. They will explain and when I raise concerns about my dog they are thoughtful and provide helpful information.
They have been caring for my afghan hounds since the 90's. I drive over 30 minutes to get to the office, well worth it. Rowdy, my current afghan, is very difficult to handle. Get him mad and he will bite you. The staff is wonderful with him. They get him exam without sedation or a muzzle. Alburtis Animal Hospital is the best.
Today, my husband took our Pit mix Jager to Alburtis. And let me tell you, they are fantastic. They accommodated his needs, were super friendly, compassionate, and were understanding. He’s had a past aggression issues, and always had a difficulty especially at the vet. They accommodated this right as they walked in the door, and even during the examination.
We called yesterday right before closing, and they were able to work my boy in for an Emergency visit first thing in the morning.
I’m so impressed, and I look forward to transferring all 3 of our dogs’ care to Alburtis Animal Hospital.
