The entire staff at Alburtis Animal Hospital is exceptional. I called for an appointment for an issue with Kimber's ear. Scheduling an appointment could not have been easier and Kimber was seen in a timely manner. The technician was professional and asked questions related to our visit. Dr. Klemp was very thorough examining Kimber. Dr. Klemp cleaned Kimbers ears and prescribed treatment. One week later, I received a follow up call from the office asking how Kimber was doing. I highly recommend Alburtis Animal Hospital. It is apparent they care about their patients.
We had a wonderful visit with Dr. Borelli and her assistant. They were very responsive to my extremely “nervous” Nellie. I did not feel rushed and she took plenty of time to assess our needs.
So impressed! I am moving my pets abroad and needed a certified vet to do some tests. After getting put through the ringer with other area vets we finally found Alburtis. They were so nice and gracious and patient. Highly recommend!
