They both have the real healing touch and such a calming presence, and are very gifted and skilled at what they do. 24-7 open a will as secured building with cameras operating so u feel safe. There's not many gyms in our town so this is best option. A lil pricy compared to places like anytime fitness but they don't have anyone fitness money so what u get is what they have which is pretty good for the hours open. It's a great place to get that fit in
