When i went for my appointment everything was smooth and fast. Scheduling was very easy, and whenever I need to reschedule I never had an issue. The manager Thalia is always so nice and assures i’m taken care of regarding all appointments and scheduling. She goes above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my service and assures I have no difficulties with my future appointments. When i’m at my appointment Dr. Bui does a great job with what I need done and gives clear communication and guidance on what is needed. The Dr. is also very friendly and knows how to make patients feel comfortable in the office.

Edit FYI Dr. Patel has relocated and is no longer practicing in PA. I have no knowledge of current dentists at this practice.I have been seeing Dr. Patel for approximately two years and have found her to be knowledgeable and professional. She is also caring and patient. She discusses treatment plans and explains procedures to provide patients with all available options to make informed decisions. Dr. Patel is kind and always mindful of her patients comfort level. Her staff is incredible. They treat patients like family and show an unsurpassed level of skill and caring. **(SEE UPDATE BELOW!**)I feel so fortunate to have had Dr. Patel as my dentist for more than 20 years! Her office is beautiful with a 'homey' atmosphere, and her office staff is always pleasant and helpful. She and her dental team are thorough, experienced and extremely talented using modern, state-of-the-art technology to provide the best service to their patients.
