Hillside Cemetery

Hi, my name is James Brown. For many years, I would drive east and west on Susquehanna Road passing Hillside Cemetery, saying to myself "I need to stop into the main office and talk with someone about a final resting spot". Days, weeks, months went on and finally I stopped in. I sat down and met Jahn Feliciano. He answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of information to take with me. There was no pressure or sales push. Jahn goes over everything and gives you time to think it over. Now I am happy and sad because if I had only stopped in earlier I would have saved a lot of money! My entire family is buried in this cemetery. I recently buried my uncle along with my grandparents. Jahn Feliciano took care of all of our needs and made the process as smooth as possible. Not only was he attentive, he actually cared. He went above and beyond for myself and my family. It was 100 degrees the day of the funeral and he graciously directed us to the grave so we would not get lost. It is a beautiful cemetery, but quite big. He showed nothing but kindness to everyone who attended. While there, I asked if he could have the stone cleaned and engraved for us. The staff, especially director, Tangie Garrison are awesome people and SOOO customer focused.I recently located family members who passed away young and I never knew. She spent a good hour in helping me understand my family plot and where its located. I am 550 miles away, but my brother Brian is going to visit Roslyn very soon!
