I was assigned OES through my home warranty for a second opinion after the first contractor was not able to solve my plumbing problem and estimated a $1100 service that would not be covered was required. Dan and Isaiah were in and out in ~40 minutes and our problem was solved without another dime spent out of pocket. On top of that, they were polite, jovial, and happy to talk us through the questions we had. 10/10 experience!
OES accepted the service request from our home warranty. They provided prompt helpful service to address our plumbing issue and did a good job dealing with the home warranty guidelines. Dan Nelson was the technician, he was helpful and completed the job successfully.
I had Blake and company out to the house to repair a broken drain pipe under my house. These guys, each and every one of them, understand customer service and the trade. My repair included breaking open my slab, finding the broken part of the pipe, cleaning everything up, doing a recorded video of the condition of the rest of the pipes, then button everything up like new and reseal the slab. These guys did a ton a work and left the place cleaner then they found that. This day and age, who does that!? Lol. Seriously, these guys are great, friendly, and exceptional at what they do. You can tell Blake cares about his work and his customers. Love it.
