I recommend these guys for real estate clients in the Willamette valley area. They do all the work without bringing in sub-contractors, which means they are less likely to vary from what they originally tell you. That is a big deal to me when I recommend a vendor to my clients, because I don't like to disappoint and upset people. If you don't want a project that goes over budget and suffers from communication errors (including the wrong language) I would recommend Danskey Construction. They are a family business and work well together to get things done on time and on budget.
