If I could give 6 stars, I would. I had great service many years ago, have recommended him for years to family and friends. I wanted to upgrade the stereo in my current Subaru so I went back to Steve. The appointment went quickly, everything worked great. The stereo did start having connectivity issues with Android Auto after a few weeks and after some diagnosis, he ordered a new head unit to replace it under warranty. When I came in for the replacement, he made time (even though he was slammed) and got it swapped out and even added a couple of custom button configurations for me. I can't recommend him enough.
