“EDIT: As disappointed as I was at first they really made up for everything. The day after I posted this review I received a message from Tay apologizing and asking to fix my nails which was greatly appreciated. I went in today and had a much better experience than last. The process was much gentler and my nails feel more sturdy. A big thank you to Tay and the girl who did my nails (sorry I didn’t catch your name)! Definitely redeemed themselves!
I’m not usually one to make reviews or complain but I have been going to this salon for awhile now however I took a short break from getting my nails done (so I hadn’t been back in maybe 3-4 months) and upon my return I saw that none of the usual staff were there. Everyone was new. Wasn’t a big deal until the lady doing my nails was being extremely rough. I was visibly in pain (which in their defense I should have spoken up) and she just kept filling harder. After leaving the salon I noticed a couple of my fingers had cuts where the file was scraping my skin. I had my full set done on Tuesday the 23rd, it is Wednesday the 24th and I’ve already had a nail pop off. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I know they shouldn’t be popping off when I scratch my leg. That’s insane. After one day the $100 (including tip) I spent has already been basically ruined. Sad to say but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.“

It was a little expensive to start up but i feel like a little money to start up with lotion and all that but the atmosphere makes it so worth going. going to check out one of their other locations today!!!“

“Let’s start with how welcoming the front desk is! Bree and Nancy are always there ready to greet you with a smile, and they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.

Then there’s Miss Paris—she is truly a breath of fresh air! She is one of the most pleasant, kind, and patient people I’ve ever met. I suffer from really bad anxiety and was extremely nervous to try microneedling, but Paris made the entire experience so comfortable. She took the time to talk me through every step, answered all my questions, and gave me plenty of time to relax and breathe.

I honestly love this place! I purchased a package and I’m currently on my 4th session, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. Everyone has been amazing, and I always look forward to my appointments.

Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re someone who gets nervous or anxious about treatments. They truly make you feel comfortable and cared for! ❤“
