The only thing good about this place is my counselor Wendy Seal she is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone however the medical care I have received has been sub par and the unprofessionalism and lack of compassion for patients is unbelievable and the doctors and nurses are completely incompetent

Unprofessional staff, unknowledgeable doctors. Suzanne Dudek could not answer simple questions about vaccines she was recommending, and referred me to a pharmacist to discuss my concerns with. She recommended a pneumonia vaccine and I asked her what that was… she said she didn’t know and I should talk to a pharmacist. As if pharmacists have a lot of free time to chat these days. She billed my visit as a medical visit instead of a preventative because I wanted to discuss health concerns. I now have to pay out of pocket because of this billing designation.
