Going to Modern Movement Medicine has been an incredible experience. I wasn’t experiencing pain, but I wanted to better my health overall. I learned that pain is one of the last things we experience when our body is trying to tell us something. I met with Dr. Amelia and then with Dr. Brittany and in just a couple of weeks my back wasn’t as tight, and I learned more about my body and the right way to treat it. The staff is kind, supportive and makes it an enjoyable experience to come there.

I highly recommend Modern Movement Medicine to anyone looking for long term changes within their health. Alyssa and Brittany do an amazing job at giving you long term fixes rather than short term satisfaction.

I started seeing Dr Alyssa a few years ago for lower back pain that was pretty debilitating at times. After a few months it was way better. I'm pretty active but tend to overdo it sometimes and then I need to see Alyssa again. I've seen Dr Brittany several times and she also does a great job. I recently had an appointment for some neck pain but it was the first time in about a year since everything has been so good.
