I'm sorry for the lady who wasn't able to get an appt as a walk-in, but I'm not sure what she was expecting. This is a VERY busy salon with limited staff, so it's not surprising that they didn't have an opening. As for Julie being "surly" you might have caught her at a bad time or maybe that was your perception when you didn't get what you wanted.I have been going to Julie for over 20 years and she always does a fabulous job on my hair and is a very loving and giving person. If you read down through all the comments below, there are five specifically for Julie and they are all 5 stars!!I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new stylist!

I had a wonderful experience here the person who cut my hair was the person stationed in the first chair on the left as you walk in. I asked her to cut bangs, which she did, and a month later, I still don't regret it! Lol! I will definitely be back. I wish I could remember her name. Also, I got the appointment last minute, which is unusual these days and especially right before Christmas.

I really enjoy going to this friendly updated salon. The stylists have lots of great experience and I think I look great when I leave. I recommend this place for cuts, colors, blow outs or whatever. They are good.
