“I'm sorry for the lady who wasn't able to get an appt as a walk-in, but I'm not sure what she was expecting. This is a VERY busy salon with limited staff, so it's not surprising that they didn't have an opening. As for Julie being "surly" you might have caught her at a bad time or maybe that was your perception when you didn't get what you wanted.I have been going to Julie for over 20 years and she always does a fabulous job on my hair and is a very loving and giving person. “Candice was great. She took a lot less time than my pevious lash person and retention was much better. I was scheduled with Brittany last time. She spent only 40 minutes on my lashes and eyebrows. They did not look as good as when Candice did them. I get my lashes done every three weeks. It has been less than two weeks and half my lashes are gone. I highly recommend Candice.
