I hired Rose City Contractors to do an emergency asbestos abatement in my kitchen after asbestos flooring was exposed underneath plywood (and several layers above it that had previously tested clear). These guys were so well vouched for that another team of contractors who couldn't make this happen on such short notice actually called Jeff at Rose City to help me out. I had previously been quoted by other companies almost double the price that Jeff offered - it was an emergency and he found a way to pull some employees over DAY OF which no doubt took some string pulling. Despite super high demand for abatement this summer, Rose City Contractors did backflips for us. Jeff especially was very understanding and professional. He scheduled a crew as early as possible. Abatement team he sent out handled our job (also) very professionally. Beautiful, clean work, very considerate of our needs....and on a Sunday! Highly recommended.
