we have customers of Pro Grass for a number of years and they have kept our lawn green and beautiful. They have been very responsive when we have any questions or issues. We have a slight problem with an application and they addressed it immediatly and to our satisfaction. Very easy to work with!
We worked extensively with Brian on our home in Happy Valley. Brian was very thoughtful, listened to our concerns and addressed all our wishes in developing a landscape that worked with our current landscape, and more importantly, within our budget.
Brian even came out after the first year to see if things had grown as we expected, and with a drainage issue that recurred, installed a french drain to remedy the issue. The choice of trees (coral bark maples, leyland cypresses) and smaller plants grew and filled out a beautiful landscape. Sitting out on our back patio, enjoying the landscape was such a joy. We've been very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of all of the staff - from weekly gardeners to sprinkler repairs, landscapers to the front office. Wonderful people to work with. A little pricey compared to similar companies, but worth it!
