From the moment I walked in, Anna was ready for me, greeted me and made me feel like I was her first priority. She was so kind and professional, checked in with my comfort, listened to what I wanted and walked me through every step of the appointment. I so appreciated how she let me know of the cost up front rather than the awkward guessing at the end of the appointment. She went above and beyond and was so thorough. My hair is thick and difficult to work with and she never got flustered. She even took the time to teach me how to style it naturally curly. She was so sweet and amazing to meet, she really listens well to what you want and are looking for and she really helped me understand what I was doing and how my appointment worked, would definitely recommend seeing her❤️
Anna did an amazing job cutting my hair! My hair is extremely thick and not an easy cut. She listened to the vision I wanted and did an even better job. I have never been able to have my hair curled before because of how thick and time consuming it can be. The last appointment ended up needing some extra time before arriving, and she took the time to curl my hair.
