Chris Reutov, Jack Burkoff and Rene Cervantes are currently leading a renovation project in our condo complex, Southshore. Our unit, which is on the first floor, incurred an internal leak caused by an error made by a third party construction crew renovating the unit directly above us. The work being done above us is completely unrelated to I&E's renovation project. The crew working above us broke a water pipe, causing water to pour through the vents and light fixtures in two of our rooms.
