I got a very reasonable estimate to have some wiring done and outlets installed. I was only able to have the outlets completed. Josh was flexible with the change and got the job done quickly. After the job was complete I had a question about one of the outlets because I had requested a less common configuration and did not communicate what I wanted as effectively as I thought I had. Josh not only sorted it out within a couple of hours, he talked me through some work he had done on another outlet to help ensure my family’s safety. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
The electrician Josh was in particular extremely knowledgeable, helpful , and personable to work with. When all my outlets stopped working and resetting the circuit breaker didn’t work. Josh was able to resolve my issue the day I called and in a matter of minutes. They also talked me through next steps so I could fix the issue on my own if it occurred again. Highly recommend using their services if the need ever arises and you happen to be in their service area.
Josh was GREAT he came right on time, on a Saturday when half our house was with without power & no AC, on a hot, muggy 91 degree day. Josh was able to immediately identify & fix the problem. Even better was the price for weekend repair/parts which was beyond reasonable & fair. My husband and I loved him so much that we now plan to have Josh fix other electrical repairs we are in need of.
