I purchased a FLIR one Pro Shortly after they came out and it worked well for a very short amount of time however, it was never a reliable device. I have always handled the device delicately since it cost me nearly $500 and it seems fragile when just connected with the phone port. I utilize iOS devices. Most the time I cannot get the thing to charge or be recognized when plugged into my phone. I am not the only person who has experienced major difficulties with the device. Pathetic customer experience, personally emailed to John.Distelzweig, Haley Ellison & Steve Gold about my support tickets about cameras, never followed up with me. Expect to wait over 50 mins on hold. Their oversees support NEVER follow-up on the promises. DO NOT buy Lorex.
