She did an excellent job guiding us through a flow tailored to our bodies, with room for adjustments depending on injuries and flexibility. I left the class feeling energized and present, with just enough soreness the next morning to let me know I was strengthening the places where I said I wanted more stability. Maylani is a great teacher, with solid grounding energy, and the space was also beautifully decorated and clean.
