Deeply Healing, Grounded, and Professional

Kendel is truly exceptional at what she does. Her bodywork is incredibly focused and effective — she’s able to get into deep layers of tension with precision, while still creating a grounded and nurturing space. I always feel like I can fully decompress during our sessions and leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and cared for.

She’s not only skilled and professional, but also a total joy to be around — spunky, funny, and a little sassy in the best possible way. Kendel has a beautiful way of holding space while keeping it real. Just a lovely human through and through. I can’t recommend her enough!

Kendel is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She will put pressure where you need it and to the degree of pressure you want. You don't want to get off her table when she is finished because you are feeling so good. Kendel has a very friendly personality and is easy to talk to. I can't recommend her enough.

The room was clean and serene, and Kendel knows her stuff! I was in a lot of pain from an exercise injury, and she knew exactly what I needed to release the pain. I am so grateful to have found her!
