“After almost 2 years of looking for a knowledgeable esthetician, I consulted with Megan online as I was having a really hard time finding someone locally who I felt understood skin and was confident in the advice they were giving me. Megan was everything! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and patient as she explained everything to me in great detail. I learned so much about what I should be doing with my skin and I went on to purchase some of the products she recommended for me. She has a wonderful way of explaining things about how products work, etc at a level that the everyday person can understand. She has a lot of experience with products and knows what works and what doesn't. She also recommended treatments I'd benefit from in spa if I ever find someone locally who I can trust with my skin. I'd reach out to her again for advice in a heartbeat. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I'm not local to go into her spa and receive treatments from her. Sincerely grateful for the time she spent pointing me in the right direction after 1 year of using the wrong skin care. “I decided to get lip injections for my 18th birthday. I was very nervous at first, because I had heard so much about how painful or uncomfortable the procedure is, and I absolutely hate needles. I went into PSA the day before my appointment to meet the lady who was going to do the injections--- she was very informative and helpful and answered all the questions I had. I was told to apply the numbing cream an hour in advance to my procedure, and the cream started working almost immediately. It was a very weird feeling, but I re-applied the cream every 15 minutes until my appointment. The procedure itself wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. It did not feel good, but I did not expect it to. It was more a little bit of discomfort because you can feel the needle move, but it was certainly bearable. I started out by getting 1/2 syringe, mostly in my upper lip, and I loved the results. My family and friends were worried about them looking unnatural, and I got to say "I told you so" because they all thought they looked great. I will likely come back in to get another 1/2 syringe, or maybe even a full one, because I really loved the results. I would definitely recommend going to PSA for lip injections. I had a great experience and will definitely be back in :)“
