They are always very welcoming, and helpful. It reminds me of the old time hardware store that we used to go to when we were kids, I am 61 now so that was a long time ago. They also have some unique items that you can't find elsewhere, and their Hillman Fastener selection is vast!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience that I had to share. I brought in my Stihl chainsaw and blower for service, and Joe W absolutely knocked it out of the park. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, but he genuinely loves what he does — and it shows.
As someone who’s worked in customer service for over a decade, I really appreciate when someone takes pride in their work and treats customers with that level of care and professionalism. Joe W was patient, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running perfectly before I left.

What an incredible company! Bill is THE BEST and was beyond helpful in helping me create a lead line for my animal! This company truly cares about their customers and the variety of their merchandise was far bigger than we had anticipated! Highly Recommend :)
