This being our second custom home. The home building experience with iCon Construction was exceptional. iCon Constructions is a notch above the other home builders, to the quality of the home and all the employee’s of iCon. From picking the lot, the floor plan and design features, to watching the progress made through each stage of building, we have felt excitement, security and pride. Not a single step of the process was stressful. The iCon staffs team and they took care of us as customers. They are the nicest group of people who really care about your needs & wants while building your home. My wife and I went through the whole process and closed with lots of smiles. We were so happy with all the steps. They made it so simple and worked with us in ways other home builders wouldn’t. We want to thank Sarah Brown, Kennedy Monihan, Chad Knutson, Scott, Kevin and Chris and everyone else who was involved in our build! These wonderful people were extremely helpful and inviting in the process and welcomed our every questions and took care that every little concern was addressed. I would also like to thank our agent Andrea Hughes. From beginning to end Andrea was there for us, answering endless questions, offering her opinions and guiding us through a long process. Her knowledge and expertise was truly amazing. The sale of our old house feels like a miracle! Thank you for getting it sold! We were blown away to have multiple offers right off the bat, and it SOLD in less than 2 days!!! Andrea, Lisbet and I can’t begin to tell you how grateful we are for having had you be with us and guide us through this process. Thanks to Icon construction for the wonderful job you did in building our new home, we are very pleased with the whole experience and we love our new home. Thanks to Sarah and Kennedy in the design center, you helped us make so many decisions and you were always available to answer any questions we had. Matt, the supervisor, was also easy to reach and responded quickly when we had a question or concern. Jose in landscaping gets extra thanks for going above and beyond to solve a mysterious sound in the water pipes!
